Guests are encouraged to help save water and energy through an on-request towel and linen policy as well as an additional charge for the use of the air condition. The lodge has a strong waste avoidance philosophy and the remains are separated and material such as glass is reused for construction.
The staff all comes from the surrounding villages and they receive the opportunity of additional training via online courses throughout the year.
